Co-Advisor is a tool for testing the quality of protocol implementations. Hundreds of tough test cases keep your developers and QA busy fixing implementation bugs, protocol violations, and security vulnerabilities.
Protocol-specific modules for HTTP (RFC 2616) and ICAP (RFC 3507) protocols are available, with a DNS module in the works. Co-Advisor/HTTP tests HTTP intermediaries such as content filters, caching proxies, and XML switches. Co-Advisor/ICAP tests ICAP servers. Co-Advisor/DNS works with DNS resolvers.
Several licensing terms and distribution options are available, ranging from on-line interface to binary packages, to source code. For specifics, please see our "Details & Pricing" page or contact us.
To date, no one has passed all Co-Advisor tests the first time. If your implementation does pass all Co-Advisor tests the very first time, your test is free. Please see our Clients page for a list of implementations that passed all applicable test cases.
