agents MUST accept http-date values in several formats

This test clause tests the following 2 requirement(s).

  1. "HTTP/1.1 clients and servers that parse the date value MUST accept all three formats" (rfc2616)
  2. "This is indicated in the first two formats by the inclusion of "GMT" as the three-letter abbreviation for time zone, and MUST be assumed when reading the asctime format" (rfc2616)

Developer notes

To check whether a proxy accepts a given date format we check whether it deletes a Warning header that has the same date value as the Date header (same internal time representation) but that uses different format to render that date value. Thus, this clause requires passing an equivalent of the "deleting Warning header" test.

All combinations of date-value formats are tried so passing this test requires accepting date value in all formats in both Date and Warning headers.
