Requirements

This test clause tests the following 2 requirement(s).

1. "Servers MUST be able to handle the URI of any resource they serve" (rfc2616)
2. "A transparent proxy MUST NOT rewrite the "abs_path" part of the received Request-URI when forwarding it to the next inbound server, except as noted above to replace a null abs_path with "/"" (rfc2616)

Developer notes

The test assumes that "to handle" means react in a compliant way. For example, passing the request through or generating a 414 (Request-URI Too Long) error are considered to be valid handling of the request. Silently aborting or closing the transport connection is not considered to be a valid behavior.
